Fall Leadership Rally is the #1 recruitment tool for local chapters! Members will be energized about all things FCCLA through our virtual motivational rally. Prior to the rally, members have the opportunity to compete in numerous competitions! Award winners will be announced during the virtual motivational rally.  


Fall Leadership Conference

November 9-30, 2021

Georgia FCCLA members have the opportunity to explore leadership skills, network with other members, and compete in events that contribute to your chapter's Honor Roll points and Program of Work. Featured leadership sessions help to motivate members with ideas to take back to their chapters, as well as team building activities to strengthen the bonds between chapter members.

Students Taking Action with Recognition (STAR) Events are Competitive Events in which members compete at the region/district, state, and national level and are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and career preparation.

Region STAR Events

February 11-12, 2022

Students Taking Action with Recognition (STAR) Events are Competitive Events in which members compete at the region/district, state, and national level and are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and career preparation. There are more than 30 STAR Events students can choose to compete in, all which recognize participants who demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities to actively identify an issue concerning families, careers, or communities, research the topic, and develop and implement a project to advocate for positive change.


Day at the Capitol

February 14-18, 2022

Legislators rely heavily on the viewpoints expressed by their local constituents when they make important decisions regarding education issues. By coming to Atlanta and actively participating in a day of visiting the Capitol and meeting with legislators, FCCLA members and advisers can be an effective voice for our organization. A visit to the Georgia Capitol also offers students an opportunity to view first-hand the state government in action and to learn about the judicial and lawmaking processes. Your chapter is encouraged to participate.

State Leadership Conference

March 24-26, 2022

While attending the Georgia FCCLA State Leadership Conference, students will have the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life planning, goal setting, problem-solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication necessary in the workforce. Activities at the conference will include personal and professional development workshops, competitive events, and motivational general sessions.
