The Franklin County High School FCCLA chapter would like to congratulate and recognize its president, Abby Strickland, on being named the Franklin County High School Class of 2022 salutatorian and the STAR Student. These honors represent four years of hard work and diligence. We are so proud of her achievements. She selected her FCCLA adviser and ECE teacher, Kim Cary, as her STAR Teacher.
