Herschel V. Jenkins FCCLA joined forces with the City of Savannah's Truman Bike Path Project by assisting local elementary students plant camellias along the new path. Each camellia that was planted received a small tag that students put their name and date on so they can identify their tree every time they walk on the trail. Our chapter also enjoyed lunch at Cohen's Retreat, one of our FACS program advisory council members.
